Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris has unveiled “Autopsy,” its trend book for the Autumn-Winter 2027-2028 season. The publication explores cultural, social, and aesthetic shifts through 12 creative signals. Designed under the artistic direction of Louis Gérin and Grégory Lamaud, this edition replaces previous narrative worlds with a broader, more instinctive approach that maps the tensions of our era. The signals include “Normskin,” which questions the standardization of bodies and identities in a world dictated by algorithms; “Florabiote,” which celebrates the proliferation of living organisms and diversity as a survival condition; “Decarnation,” which explores the distancing of the physical body in a hyperconnected world; and “Fusionary,” which envisions a world of freely combining forms, materials, and functions. The book is conceived as a tool for decoding and creative insight. It will be presented ahead of the Paris event scheduled for August 31 to September 2, 2026. By moving beyond simple style interpretation, the trend book questions the position of the body, nature, memory, and intelligence in a changing civilization.
